Creating a brand-new Business account:
1. Go to pinterest.com and click Sign up.
2. Enter your email, create a password, and add your birthdate.
3. When Pinterest asks what you'll use the account for, choose "Create a business account".
4. Pick your business type, then add your website or domain if you have one.
5. Follow the remaining prompts — your Business account is ready.
Converting an existing personal account:
1. Log in at pinterest.com with your current account.
2. Click the menu arrow in the top-right corner and choose Settings.
3. Open Account settings (or Account management).
4. Look for "Convert to business" (sometimes under Account changes) and click it.
5. Choose your business type, add your website, and confirm.
A few things worth knowing: converting is free, your login stays exactly the same, and all of your boards, Pins, and followers move with you. If you'd rather keep your personal account as-is, Pinterest also lets you create a separate Business account instead.
Once you're on a Business account, come back to Postier and click Connect Pinterest again — log in with the account you just created or converted and you're done.
