Built for Makers, Engineered by Holt Base
Postier exists for independent creators who care deeply about product quality and brand identity. Developed by Holt Base LLC, we build practical, automated workflows that help e-commerce sellers create high-impact Pins, optimize their search visibility, and publish with complete confidence.
Why We Built Postier
At Holt Base LLC, we understand the e-commerce grind because we've lived it. Postier was born out of a frustrating bottleneck our team faced firsthand while running our own online shops.
Running an e-commerce business is a grueling, multi-faceted job. Between designing new products, manufacturing inventory, managing shipping logistics, and ensuring every single customer is happy, marketing is almost always the first thing to get pushed aside.
We know exactly what it feels like to be trapped in the Growth Loop:
The Goal: You want to grow your shop big enough to hire extra help.
The Hurdle: To afford that help, you desperately need more sales.
The Trap: To get more sales, you must market your products—but because you are running the entire operation alone, you have zero time left to do it.
Breaking the Cycle
Holt Base LLC developed Postier to break this exact cycle once and for all. Our mission is simple: to give you your hours back while keeping your store's digital presence looking exceptionally polished and professional.
By automating the heavy lifting of visual content creation and scheduling, Postier helps you unlock the consistent traffic and revenue you need to scale your business, hire that extra hand, and finally get your own life back.
While our roots are in the maker community and we are avid fans of the Etsy marketplace, Postier is a completely independent software suite and is not an official Etsy-owned or Etsy-endorsed product. We are proud to build tools that help independent sellers achieve their goals on their own terms.

Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 7, 2026
Holt Base LLC ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, Postier.io, and use our SaaS application (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect several types of information from and about users of our Service to provide and improve our application.
Account Information: When you register for Postier, we collect your name, email address, and account credentials.
Billing Information: Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller, collects and processes your payment details directly through its own secure checkout. We do not receive, process, or store your full payment card information. Paddle shares limited transaction data with us (such as your email, purchase date, and subscription status) so we can manage your account and provide support.
Connected Platform Data: When you authorize Postier to connect to your e-commerce platforms (such as Etsy or Shopify), we authenticate strictly via OAuth 2.0 to retrieve product titles, descriptions, images, and shop metadata. We never request, collect, or store your Etsy, Shopify, or Pinterest passwords.
Usage and Technical Data: We automatically collect data regarding how the Service is accessed and used. This may include your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, time zone, and interaction data within the Postier dashboard.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for the following core purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and operate the Service (including automating social media generation and publishing).
- To process transactions and manage your subscription.
- To communicate with you regarding account updates, customer support, and system maintenance.
- To monitor usage patterns and identify technical issues or bugs.
- To ensure compliance with our Terms of Service and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity.
3. Third-Party Service Providers and Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. However, because Postier is an automation platform, we must share specific, limited data with trusted third-party providers to function:
OpenAI (Generative AI): We transmit your e-commerce product data (titles, descriptions, and images) to OpenAI's API to generate optimized marketing copy. Data sent to OpenAI via their API is explicitly excluded from being used to train their public models.
Cloudflare (Storage): We temporarily store generated images and assets on Cloudflare R2 infrastructure before publishing them.
Pinterest (Publishing): We transmit generated pins, images, and text to the Pinterest API to publish content to your authorized boards.
Infrastructure & Analytics: We utilize secure cloud hosting providers and analytics tools to operate our servers and monitor app performance.
No Cross-User Aggregation: Your e-commerce data is strictly siloed. We never aggregate your shop data with other users to power market research, trend-spotting, or competitor analysis tools.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
Account Data: Maintained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal information is permanently removed from our active systems.
Automated Asset Cleanup: To maintain system efficiency and protect user privacy, temporary assets (such as AI-generated images stored on Cloudflare) and canceled publishing jobs are subject to automated pruning. Items removed from your dashboard are permanently hard-deleted from our databases and storage buckets within 14 days.
Revoking Access: You may revoke our access to your Etsy, Shopify, or Pinterest accounts at any time directly through those respective platforms. Doing so will instantly sever our connection. Upon revocation, we will promptly and permanently delete your associated OAuth tokens and synced shop data from our active databases.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service and hold certain information.
Essential Cookies: Required for session management, user authentication, and ensuring the Postier dashboard functions correctly.
Analytics Cookies: Used to track how users navigate the platform so we can improve the user interface.
You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies; however, doing so may prevent you from logging into your Postier account.
6. Your Data Protection Rights
Depending on your location (such as the European Economic Area or California), you may have the following legal rights regarding your personal data:
- The right to access: You can request copies of your personal data.
- The right to rectification: You can request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete information.
- The right to erasure: You can request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
- The right to restrict or object to processing: You can object to how we use your data or request that we limit our processing activities.
- The right to data portability: You can request that we transfer the data we have collected to another organization, or directly to you.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact our support team. We will respond to your request within the timeframe required by applicable law.
7. Security of Your Information
The security of your data is a priority. We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and secure API token handling, to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. We may also notify active users via email of any material changes.

Compliance: You are solely responsible for adhering to the terms, conditions, and developer policies of any third-party service you connect to Postier.
Account Suspensions: We are not responsible for any shadowbanning, throttling, or account suspension enacted by Pinterest or any other third-party network resulting from your automated publishing volume, content quality, or use of the Service.
API Changes: We do not guarantee the continuous availability of any third-party integration. If a third-party platform restricts our API access or fundamentally changes its architecture, we reserve the right to modify or suspend that specific feature without liability.

By using Postier, you grant Holt Base LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and transmit this content solely for the purpose of operating the Service (e.g., storing images on our servers to publish them to your linked accounts).
Our Property: Holt Base LLC retains all intellectual property rights to the Postier platform, including its code, design, algorithms, and branding.
AI-Generated Content and Platform Rules: You are solely responsible for ensuring that any AI-generated text or images produced through the Service do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. Furthermore, you agree to comply with all disclosure requirements regarding AI-generated content mandated by Etsy or any other platform where you publish the content.

2. How Postier Uses Cookies
We use cookies to ensure you have a seamless experience while scheduling and managing your automated campaigns. We categorize the cookies we use as follows:
Strictly Necessary (Essential) Cookies: These are required for the operation of the Service. They include cookies that enable you to securely log into the Postier dashboard, maintain your active session so you don't have to repeatedly log in, and ensure your data inputs (like blueprint settings) are temporarily saved while navigating the app.
Functionality Cookies: These allow us to remember choices you make while using the Service, such as your preferred time zone setting, ensuring your scheduled posts align with your local clock.

Browser Settings: You can set or amend your web browser controls to accept or refuse cookies. 2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Postier subscription at any time.
How to Cancel: You can cancel directly from your account dashboard by navigating to the "Billing" settings and selecting "Cancel Subscription."

At Holt Base LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), we provide automation tools to help e-commerce sellers maximize their presence on Pinterest. To ensure a safe, secure, and spam-free ecosystem, our software, Postier (the "Service"), operates in strict accordance with the Pinterest Developer Terms and Policies.
This policy outlines how we interact with the Pinterest API, how we handle your Pinterest account data, and the rules you must follow when using our Service.
1. Relationship with Pinterest (Trademark Disclaimer)
Postier is an independent, third-party software-as-a-service developed and operated exclusively by Holt Base LLC. We are not a partner, sponsor, or affiliate of Pinterest, nor is our Service endorsed or certified by Pinterest. Any use of the Pinterest badge or name within our application is strictly for functional integration purposes and does not imply any formal affiliation.
2. Secure Authentication (OAuth)
We utilize a compliant OAuth flow to connect your Pinterest account to our Service.
No Passwords: We will never solicit, collect, or store your Pinterest login credentials (passwords or session cookies).
Revocable Access: Our Service accesses your account strictly via secure API tokens. You maintain complete control and can revoke our API access at any time directly from your Pinterest account settings.
3. Data Usage and Segregation
When you connect your Pinterest account, we adhere to strict data handling principles:
Purpose Limitation: We only use information from your Pinterest account to provide automation and scheduling services directly to you.
No Data Selling: We do not share, sell, or transfer any information retrieved from the Pinterest API to any third party, including other advertising services or data brokers.
Data Isolation: We do not combine your Pinterest account information with information from other users' accounts or other external services.
4. Acceptable Publishing Practices
By using Postier to automate your Pinterest marketing, you agree to comply with Pinterest's Acceptable Uses and Community Guidelines. Specifically, you agree that you will not use our Service to:
- Generate or publish content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or violates intellectual property rights.

- Publish excessive, duplicative, or spam-like content that degrades the experience of Pinterest end users.
5. API Rate Limits and Enforcement
Your use of the Service is subject to the rate limits imposed by the Pinterest API. If your account triggers Pinterest's automated spam filters or API throttling due to excessive publishing volume, Postier will automatically delay or cancel your scheduled queue to protect your account standing. We reserve the right to suspend your Postier account if you repeatedly violate Pinterest's Developer Terms or Acceptable Use Policies.

Etsy API Compliance
Last Updated: July 7, 2026
At Holt Base LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), we understand that your Etsy shop is the lifeblood of your business. This Etsy API Compliance Policy explicitly outlines how our service, Postier (the "Service"), interacts with the Etsy API, how we handle your shop data, and your rights regarding that data.
1. Relationship with Etsy (Mandatory Disclaimer)
The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc. Postier is a completely independent, third-party software-as-a-service developed and operated by Holt Base LLC.
2. What Data We Access
When you authorize Postier to connect to your Etsy shop via OAuth 2.0 and we never see, request, or store the user’s Etsy password. We request read-only access to specific scopes required to automate your Pinterest marketing. We exclusively access:
Public Shop Data: Your shop name and basic profile information.
Listing Data: Your active product listings, including titles, descriptions, pricing, tags, and URLs.
Listing Images: The product photos associated with your active listings.
What we DO NOT access: We do not request, access, or store any sensitive buyer data, order histories, financial ledgers, customer messages, or shipping addresses. Our application has no requirement or ability to alter, delete, or manage your Etsy shop inventory.
3. How We Use Your Etsy Data
Your Etsy data is strictly used to provide the Postier automation service. Specifically:
- We use your listing titles, descriptions, and images to our AI generation partners (such as OpenAI) to create optimized marketing copy and visual assets for Pinterest.
- Data sent to our AI partners (such as OpenAI) is used via secure API for inference only to generate your requested outputs. We strictly prohibit our AI partners from using your Etsy listing data, images, or descriptions to train their machine learning models.
- We use your listing URLs to ensure the pins we publish successfully route traffic back to your specific Etsy products.
4. Data Security and Retention
We treat your Etsy data with the highest level of security.
Storage: We securely store your Etsy OAuth tokens and shop metadata in our encrypted database.
Retention: We only retain your Etsy listing data for as long as it is actively scheduled in your Postier pipelines. Once a Pinterest campaign finishes or is deleted, any temporary assets associated with those listings are automatically pruned from our active servers within 14 days.
Third-Party Sharing: Your Etsy data is never sold to third parties. It is only transmitted to authorized infrastructure partners (like OpenAI and Cloudflare) strictly for the purpose of generating your requested marketing materials.
No Cross-User Aggregation: Your shop data is strictly siloed. We never aggregate your listing data, sales data, or tags with other users, and we do not use your data to power market research, competitor analysis, or trend-spotting features for other sellers.
5. Revoking Access
You remain in complete control of your Etsy data. You can disconnect Postier at any time in two ways:
From Postier: By deleting your store connection in the Postier dashboard.
From Etsy: By logging into your Etsy account, navigating to Account Settings > Apps, and clicking "Revoke" next to the Postier application.
Upon revoking access or deleting your Postier account, we immediately and permanently delete your Etsy OAuth tokens. All previously synced listing data, metadata, and cached images associated with your shop will be fully purged from our active databases.
